Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Mr Tobias website and any purchase you make from us. Mr Tobias is a trading name of a UK-based sole trader. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Mr Tobias sells premium memory-foam dog beds direct to customers in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@mrtobias.co.uk. Our full contact and business details are in our Contact Information policy.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we cannot verify payment — and if we do, we’ll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. We take payment at the point of order through our payment providers. We take reasonable care to price correctly, but if we spot a genuine pricing error we’ll contact you before dispatching and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and cancellations

Your return, exchange and cancellation rights are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Our products

We photograph and describe our beds as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Bed dimensions are approximate and given as a guide — please check our Size Guide before ordering.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product imagery, photography, text, logos and design — is owned by Mr Tobias or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Our beds are sold for personal, domestic use. You may not purchase for unauthorised commercial resale without our agreement.

9. Our liability

We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for how a dog uses, chews or damages a bed after delivery.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
