Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre in Manchester within 1–2 working days. Delivery is by courier and typically takes a further 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a RoyalMail tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after noon, or at weekends and on UK public holidays, are processed the next working day.

Shipping costs

•    Free UK delivery on all orders over £100.

•    A flat rate of £4.99 applies to orders under £100.

Delivery estimates

Estimates are given in good faith and aren’t guaranteed. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email hello@mrtobias.co.uk and we’ll chase it for you.

Missed deliveries

If a delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the outbound shipping cost.

International

We don’t ship outside the United Kingdom yet. If you’d like us to, email hello@mrtobias.co.uk — we’re expanding.
